Reservations

Advance reservations are recommended for all spa
treatments and services. A major credit card is
required to hold all spa appointments and packages.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve time especially for you. If you are unable to keep
your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice, to avoid being charged the full price of the scheduled treatment. When notice is not given for cancellation, the full service cost will be charged to compensate for the loss of time reserved for your appointment.

Bridal Parties and Groups
For groups reserving 20 (or more) hours of services and spa treatments, we require 14 days notification to cancel or re-schedule for Saturdays, 7 days for weekdays. If there is less than a 14 day notice for Saturdays or 7 day notice for weekdays, a 50% cancellation fee will apply for the full amount of time that has been reserved. A 20% deposit for group reservations will be required at the time of booking, and a 15% gratuity will be added to the total cost of the Spa Treatments.

Check-In Procedures

To ensure that you don't miss any precious minutes of your treatment time, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to change into a sumptuous robe, (when necessary) enjoy an herbal tea, coffee or juice, or just relax in our lounge and unwind before your treatment begins. All of our guests are required to fill out a case history form on their first visit.

Spa Lunches - Snacks and Drinks

Some of our spa packages include a light spa lunch. For the comfort of our guests, we also provide an assortment of herbal teas, coffee, juices and light snacks.

Important Reminders
To ensure the maximum relaxation and enjoyment for our guests, we ask that upon arrival you turn off cell phones and pagers. We gladly welcome clients 16 years of age and older. Guests under 16 need adult supervision in order to receive treatments. However, children of any age who are not receiving treatments may not accompany parents who are receiving treatments, or wait in the lounge area as this may disturb our guests.
